Optometric Assistant (Front Desk and Optical Support)

  • Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Assist patients in selecting eyewear that best suits their needs, style, and budget
  • Manage patient check-ins and check-outs
  • Assist in fitting, measuring, and adjusting eyewear to ensure a proper and comfortable fit
  • Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries

Optical Manager

  • Manage, train, and mentor the optical team members

  • Be comfortable working with technology and data entry

  • Provide information and assist patients when purchasing eyewear
